Small Group Training - One to one training can be done as a small group session between friends! This allows for a more relaxing and motivating atmosphere if you struggle training on your own!

Group training - we also offer group training (see home page) sessions which is less personalised but offers the perfect environment to get involved with a friendly group of people. It also makes for a motivating atmosphere which will really help towards you getting the absolute most out of the session. Nicola Gardner agrees "Thank you so much!
